Unfortunately, customers are still having trouble with the files

As you’ve read yourself in one of my reviews, customers are still having trouble with the files—whether downloading, opening them, etc.—and are reaching out to me. Please set up the tutorial we discussed weeks ago under “Help” so that customers can quickly find the information and be guided through the individual steps.

unfortunately, these difficulties will never be completely eliminated because some customers simply don’t know how to do it. The Help section will be made available soon.
