Styling Tips for Hand-Knitted, Hand-Crocheted, and Hand-Sewn Items

Hey,
since we’re already discussing handmade items here, why don’t we start a thread on how to pair hand-knitted or hand-crocheted pieces with other items to create a cute outfit?
For example, what do you wear with a hand-crocheted tunic?
Should the rest of your outfit be more casual, or something more elegant?
What are the current trends in clothing, outfits, and styling, and how can you incorporate handmade pieces into them?

I think it would be a great addition to the forum if we talked about these kinds of things too.

naja, wenn ich jetzt mal endlich aus der Häkel und wieder auftrennen Phase raus bin, dann mach ich mir auch selber Sachen.
Bevor ich die anziehen kann, um damit unter Leute zu gehen, muss ich aber noch viel Üben.
und dann
brauch ich aber auch mal Styling-Tipps ;)

zu einer Selbstgehäkelten Tunika würd ich ganz locker Jeans tragen. aber das kommt halt drauf an, wie die Tunika dann aussieht, Farbe, Technik etc.
Wenn die etwas edler aussieht, dann passt das mit der Jeans natürlich nicht mehr.
