Lavender Heart

Hi everyone,
maybe someone who’s already crocheted the Lavender Heart can help me. I’m just stuck. How are you supposed to do the 20 5-fold double crochets into the chain-space? What about the remaining stitches? I’m totally lost. Thanks in advance for your help. Have a great day, everyone.
