Hanging Storage Basket

I used to be a handbag made of linen and cotton, but I had to be retired because I was too small. So I was shortened and turned into a storage basket for cell phone charging cables and headphones

Great idea! That stuff usually ends up scattered all over the place, so this is a good way to keep it organized.

I love upcycling, and your new storage basket shows that all you need is the right idea to create something new from something old. 

It would have been such a shame to throw away that handbag—I really like the fabrics and colors. 

I think the patterns on these fabrics are really pretty, and they go well together. It would have been a shame to just throw them away. Now they’ve been turned into something new and useful—great!
