New mailing address — nothing changes for you contractually

we have moved: Crazypatterns is operated by SIA “AISYS”, and it has a new business address.

The most important thing first: Nothing changes for you contractually.

Your contractual partner remains exactly the same company — SIA “AISYS”, registration number 41503038887, VAT ID No. LV41503038887, represented by Managing Director Aleksandrs Tarvids. There is no change of platform owner, no transfer of contracts to a third party, no changes to the content of the Terms and Conditions, and no new terms. All existing purchases, store credit, author agreements, and payouts will continue unchanged. You do not need to do anything, confirm anything, or accept anything again.

Only the mailing address has changed.

What this means in practice

• Email remains unchanged: support@crazypatterns.net for all customer inquiries. The fastest way to reach us is still through the contact form.
• Legal notice, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy have already been updated with the new address. We have not changed anything else there in terms of content — only the address line.
• Invoices and statements will show the new address from now on. Older documents will keep the address that was valid at the time.
• For our authors: the seller information (GPSR) in the product downloads will be updated automatically as well. You do not need to upload or adjust anything again.
