how are you coming along with your craft projects for Easter and spring? Do you have lots of projects in progress, as UFOs or on your watchlist / wish list?

Fun Door Wreath

Right now, I’m experimenting with old table toppers. I’ve received many of them as gifts from people clearing out their homes.

“Petra, would you like these? You’re always full of ideas.”
Petra does have ideas. The table toppers usually have stains and can’t be used as they are. So I’m giving them a second chance.



Right now, I’m using them to make little Easter bunnies, hearts, and Easter eggs for my Easter decorations. 





I’m also planning to make some gift packaging for the Easter bunny out of the table toppers, as well as sewn coasters for that first cup of coffee or tea in the morning.

  But I don’t have any more Easter-related UFOs. I finished everything back in early February.

I like little cross-stitch projects like this. This one was sitting in the UFO box and was sewn into a small pillow.
