Have a wonderful weekend, everyone. Do you have any plans and enough time for some crafting?

Tomorrow evening I’m going out with a friend, and on Sunday I’m meeting up with friends for brunch, but other than that, I’ll have plenty of time for my yarn projects.
I’ve done my weekend shopping, the house is in order, the aquarium is clean—so now it’s all about free time!

  Veronika, you’re already further along with your weekend preparations than I am.

I still have to do a little shopping and dust a few corners around the house. Other than that, we don’t have much planned and will just see what the weather brings.

I have a nice book lying on the table and will be reading. I’ll also continue sewing on my set / tablecloth / cover.

You’ve got some lovely things planned.
Things are nice and quiet here—just hibernating for the winter. We’re going to cook up some delicious meals to stock up on (game from the hunter), cut each other’s hair, and I’ll keep knitting my various pairs of socks. Since it’s still cold outside, we’ll light a fire in the fireplace, and besides knitting, I’m going to pick out a good movie from the media library this afternoon.

Cologne can really get on your nerves sometimes, but most of the time the weather is great, just like today. I’ve kicked off “crochet-on-the-balcony season”—a crisp blue sky, no wind—it’s perfect!

Thanks, Josefa. I wish you all a wonderful weekend, too. I’ll be knitting for my three girls :-) and moving as little as possible, because every little movement makes my leg hurt so much it brings me to tears. But I’ll have to tough it out until my appointment with the orthopedist. Thank goodness I have my crafts—they help me forget about it sometimes.

Time to do some painting again ;) 
 

I’m still recovering from my bad cold. I’m feeling better now—it’s starting to subside—but now my husband has caught it too. We’re taking care of each other now.
I’m slowly starting to feel like crocheting again. My colorful granny square, made using the mosaic technique, is growing row by row.
I’m doing 1–2 rounds every day, since they’re getting bigger and longer. I take breaks in between.
