Thanks, Josefa—I wish the same for you and everyone else here!
I don’t really care about the time change; I go to sleep when I’m tired and get up when I feel like it and have had enough sleep—retirement really does have its perks. But I feel sorry for everyone who works or is still in school—an extra hour can really take its toll. And it’s so unnecessary, since it’s been proven not to achieve what it was originally intended for. But it’s a great example of the unity and speed of decision-making in Europe—it’ll take another 100 years before anything actually happens there.

I’m turning my clocks that aren’t on the wall from right to left 😉😉😉 and vice versa 😀😃🙂
But seriously, I always suffer from that STUPID time change—it takes me up to 4 weeks to adjust.

As for the time change, I’ve always thought it was unnecessary.

We could have just stuck with standard time back then.

My night ended at 5 a.m. today....... I really don’t need this at all, neither in summer nor now in fall.

I don’t like the time change either. I still remember the days when it didn’t exist—though only vaguely now.

When the vote came up—whether to keep or eliminate daylight saving time, or other suggestions—I once proposed simply adjusting the clocks by 30 minutes and keeping that time forever. That way, both supporters and opponents would benefit.
I even read about that suggestion online at the time. Unfortunately, nothing has come of it so far.
