I sewed something for my NEIGHBORS’ new baby. But one of the ears came out crooked, so now it’s sitting at an angle, and I don’t want to give it away like this. 😭

You can just leave it like that—that’s what gives the elephant its special charm. He’s pulling one ear up as if to say, “Hey, little one, what are we up to today?” ;-) :-)

Right now, I’m on a healthy fruit-and-vegetable kick. After the carrot, I’ve now got a lemon on my needle—it’ll be finished later on.

My UFO 👽 from January 2024 has finally landed today.
I glued everything together with a hot glue gun.
Book spines, decorative ribbons, embroidery thread—all upcycled. The only thing I bought specifically was the green fabric for last Christmas.

That’s just how it is. ;) The elephant seems to be a bit of an oddball overall. Besides you, probably no one else will ever notice that something isn’t quite as it should be. So go ahead and give it away as a gift.
