Are you currently in contact with Support?

If you want to open patterns, click on Downloads, then on "To download," and then on "Show files" or "Zip download." For the Zip download, you need a program to unzip files on your PC, and you also need a PDF reader.
Could you try opening the files or downloading them again?

If you’re currently on your phone, can you switch to a PC/laptop?

Which browser are you using to go online?
