A Splendid Display of Flowers

On my way to work this morning.

Gorgeous! It’s been raining here since yesterday, so a lot of blossoms are already falling off and turning mushy.

Unfortunately, the blooming season is almost over here. The camellias and cherry trees are shedding their last blossoms.

Beautiful bridge. You photographed pink blossoms.

The blossoms are always short-lived—before we get to watch the fruit (in this case, sweet cherries) grow.

Today, petals were already falling. 

The “bridge” snuck its way into the shot without being asked. But here’s another garden photo to make up for it. 

What beautiful pictures of the blooms! Each one is more beautiful than the last.
Ina, your garden is truly the envy of everyone. It really looks like Easter with all those colorful tulips. They’re blooming here, too. And what I find especially lovely this year is that we have a huge rapeseed field right in front of our house. Usually, it’s just corn or wheat growing there.

Gorgeous photos.

It looks so idyllic and inviting at Ina’s—you just want to linger there right away, with a cappuccino and fruit tart, whipped cream and an ice cream sundae, lie down in the grass and gaze at the sky, or sit under a tree and pursue your hobby.

We’re all stopping by for the CP garden party at Ina’s. It’s so beautifully maintained (a lot of hard work and love has gone into it). You’d already mentioned it (fish pond & co.)
