April Fools’ Day

Good morning everyone, today is April 1, so you’re allowed to fool anyone, and it’s fun too, but not
when it’s a bad joke.

I still didn’t have a work schedule for this month, so I wrote to my colleague, and she said: “tomorrow, yes.” I took that to mean I had to work. Went in early this morning, and they sent me back home again. :-((

That really leaves you speechless, doesn’t it. I got up early for nothing, but... there was something positive too: I saw a gorgeous sunrise.
Now I need a cappuccino first to get over that shock.

that wasn’t very nice of your coworker. At least you got to see that amazing sunrise. You took a beautiful photo. 

Great picture! But that coworker might get an earful from me!

Veronika, that’s exactly what I was thinking—I’d give her such a piece of my mind that it would go on and on. Because this isn’t right; it’s no fun anymore.
Fun is when a journeyman carpenter sends the apprentice to get the planer :-)))

Yeah, that’s pretty standard in the trades. When I started my goldsmith apprenticeship, I was also told to go get a rubber punch and a gold magnet.
