What is an unfinished post double crochet, and how do you crochet it together?

I’d say it’s done exactly the same way as with regular double crochets, except that these are post double crochets.

However, I know this technique as a “partially completed double crochet.”

To do this, you skip the last step of the double crochet—that is, pulling the yarn through the last two loops. And for the next one—or if there are more double crochets to be worked together—you also skip that last step. Finally, you pull the yarn through all the loops.

I hope that explains it clearly enough.

Of course, I’m not 100% sure that’s what the author meant. So it might be a good idea to ask her directly.
