For extra-cold days, there’s now a pattern for this cool reversible beanie with a built-in fleece band. No more cold ears! The hat can be customized to fit any size, and its subtle pattern makes it suitable for everyone—men, women, kids, teens... Thanks to the double-faced knitting technique, you get two hats in one—just flip it over, and a white hat turns into a blue one :-)



Reversible Hat with Fleece Band (Unisex) – Double-Face Knitting Pattern

New in my shop: a few more pretty, cozy-soft dishcloths—always a welcome gift—and the scrap bin is getting a little lighter again.
Here is the pattern

This gorgeous stole, featuring captivating white peacocks as its theme and a mandala as the central focal point, is perfect for any occasion—whether as a wedding stole, a shawl draped over an elegant dress, or simply for snuggling up on the sofa at home. While spreading out the stole to take photos, I realized that the design would also make a beautiful table runner for very special celebrations...

The stole is knitted using the double-face technique, so the motif appears on both sides, just in reversed colors. It’s certainly not a project for “in between,” and it requires a bit of concentration while knitting—but you’re sure to get admiring glances when you wear your finished masterpiece!






“White Peacock” Shawl / Stole – Double-Face Knitting Pattern

The moon is shining and smiling warmly. The stars are twinkling. Everything is peaceful. This baby blanket is perfect for quiet nights. Cozy and warm.

The blanket is knitted using only knit and purl stitches and, thanks to the yarn in Raglan weight, is finished relatively quickly. Every single row is written out in the pattern, so the blanket is very easy to make (also suitable for beginners).

At a customer’s request, I’ve now designed the first zodiac sign, “Libra,” in double-face as well. The double-face knitting technique really makes the motif stand out, and of course, both sides look beautiful. For anyone who’s never knitted double-face before, very detailed instructions covering the basics of double-face knitting are included.

Depending on the yarn used, the motif can be worked as a large trivet, but also as a pot holder, dishcloth, or washcloth. You’ll find yarn examples for the different projects on the product page, which you can access via the link below.

All zodiac signs—knitted with a simple, single-color relief pattern or crocheted in two colors using the tapestry technique—are also available in my shop. Have fun browsing.



Double-Face Knitting Pattern: Zodiac Sign “Libra”

I knitted this soft, cozy infinity scarf from leftover yarn in 3 pastel shades. With size 7 needles, the infinity scarf works up quickly. The beautiful pattern gives the infinity scarf an appealing texture and is a real eye-catcher. The included video helps you knit the pattern. 

The infinity scarf can also be knitted in a shorter version as a neck warmer, and for the coming spring, you can also use lighter yarn with smaller needles—whatever your yarn stash has to offer.

And here comes the next zodiac sign on our wish list—Scorpio! What makes this one special is that the symbol for Scorpio isn’t symmetrical. In classic double-faced knitting, the symbol therefore appears mirrored on one side. To ensure the symbol appears correctly on both sides, both sides are knitted slightly differently—the pattern explains this in great detail. And of course, there’s also a matching knitting chart.
