What’s special about handmade doll clothes is that they are
individual and unique - you can’t buy them like that in any store. And you only need a very
small amount of yarn. Even the
smallest scraps are enough. You can knit or crochet doll clothes. In my
Shop there is a wide variety of models. Everyone will find something to their taste there.
Today, though, it’s all about
winter clothing. For that, I recommend the following 3 patterns. Maybe let the doll’s little mom help choose? She’ll then follow very closely as the project takes shape. That’s sure to be very exciting for everyone.
I hope you enjoy the patterns.
Warm regards from Ina
Suggestion No. 1: a knitted turtleneck sweater
It is knitted in one piece as a top-down raglan. We start with the turtleneck and end with the ribbing. There are no seams. We can knit the sweater in any length.
Suggestion 2: The Ice Princess’s Coat
Always an eye-catcher. Anyone who knows the Cinderella fairy tale will be reminded of it by this fluffy coat. We also knit this beautiful coat as a top-down raglan in one piece. We start at the hood and end at the hem. I know some doll moms who wanted a coat like this for themselves, too.
Suggestion No. 3 - A poncho in different variations
Here’s something crocheted for a change: A poncho is always a good idea. This one has such a simple cut that even crochet beginners can manage it very well. You can crochet it in different variations, and if you like, with a sassy little hat. A few grams of sock yarn are enough.
