What do you do when you want to save money on your craft projects?

I always use the prepaid discount for the patterns, and I definitely save and use up my leftover yarn. I also use old T-shirts, socks, or things like that as stuffing, but I can’t really think of much else. I’d rather save money on other things. :-)
