when I wear shoes like that, I hit my head on the doorframe because of my height. It’s already the case that when I wear even a little heel, I’m taller than my husband.
But I know it looks stunning (and I mean that literally) on my sister-in-law.....
And walking in shoes like that is an art in itself—one I can only admire.
Hair, on the other hand, is more my thing. Just not that pink—more like orange and red. But I often think to myself, that’s something you do as a teen (I did it too), but once you start getting gray hair, you should probably stick to natural shades.
That said, I’d be interested in honest answers about how others see it. Bright hair colors even after 40??? And especially against the wishes of my husband, who already gets “up in arms” when I want to add a bit more red (really subtle) to my hair?
So just to be clear, I like my hair colors—I’m naturally multicolored, and I like it that way. It’s just that the gray hairs are already on the rise, and it would be nice to try something different.
I actually prefer a unique top—preferably one in a bold color. I can change that every day—depending on my mood.
I love my natural blonde hair, even if it’s now subtly streaked with gray. And as far as I’m concerned, shoes have to be comfortable—but I’m also happy to wear them in eye-catching colors.
Just looking at those shoes gives me a fear of heights... I’d rather stay a hobbit—a petite 162 cm with big feet (size 40). Although then I’d come up to my husband’s chin ☺.
As for hair color, I’ll pass—I’ll leave that to my daughters. Colorful clothes go very well with my gray streaks. I had to spend a long time explaining to my husband why I don’t dye my hair anymore...@pe-ka: Your hair—your choice. You have to like it (and it has to suit you) ☺
Well, I’ve been wearing my hair in a beautiful shade of red for several years now, with different shades. This color just suits me best. I don’t even remember what my natural hair color is anymore.
And I’ve even picked out glasses to match.
I have to pass on shoes that high.
A small heel for a special occasion is okay, but then please only in dark colors. Then the dress or top can be a bit more vibrant.
The only colored shoes I own are my running shoes, which have been sitting in the closet for quite a while now. I just realized I should take them out again. It would do me some good.
