The season has begun

Hi everyone,

the weather after work is just perfect—wonderfully warm—so it’s nice to hang out on the balcony.

I also kicked off the beer garden season with a friend today. It was really nice.

That looks really delicious 😊 
It was really summery “up here,” too. 
First, a really long walk—wonderful.... 
Sitting on the patio and knitting, my dog got to sniff around the garden and “redistributed” the apples for the blackbirds.... Afterward, I browsed through my first favorite flea market of the year... a day to enjoy. 
I’m enjoying today too, though on the sofa, it’s raining again. 

Yes, it’s very summery here too. We went to the garden fair and also strolled through the flea market. I only picked up a tablecloth and am looking forward to sewing up the beautiful fabric.

Unfortunately, today the sun is hidden by the sand. Everything has a slightly yellowish shimmer. 

We had breakfast on the balcony for the first time today. You’d almost think it was summer.

We enjoyed the weekend in the garden. The beds and pots are ready for the new plants—now they can move in. Unfortunately, I still have to wait a bit for some of them. But the lettuce, strawberries, and herbs have already settled into their new homes.

We’ll have two more days of summery weather here, then it’ll return to normal April temperatures. I’m so grateful for these days and for the beautiful blooms everywhere. It’s a dream.
