Tunisian crochet: current projects

Are you currently working on any projects related to Tunisian crochet?

I always have a Tunisian crochet project on my hook. 😄
I’m curious to see who else feels the same way.
My current project is a mini shawl.

🤔 Should I give it a try sometime?
I bought a screw-on crochet hook for my knitting needle cables. Will that work for this, too? Or do I need a very special hook for it?
My mom used to do this ages ago, but that must have been at least 30 years ago, and I can’t really remember how to do it anymore....

if the crochet hook fits the cord well, it should work just fine.

I have hooks like that, too. With the cord, you can work with more stitches. There are
also those “straight” hooks that look like sweater-knitting needles, just with a crochet hook
attached. But they’re not very comfortable to use when working with a lot of stitches.

I once got a Tunisian crochet hook to finish off lace shawls—it works wonderfully, though the hook itself takes a little getting used to.
So Tunisian crochet is going on my list....
