For plum cake fans, the following tip: pit the plums, cut them open, and pre-freeze them on an aluminum tray sprinkled with sugar. Then put them into a bag. Put the frozen plums on the yeast dough
and bake as usual. Smells great and tastes great! We even have
plum cake in December. My father-in-law was always absolutely
crazy about it, especially in winter. Frozen plums in bags are
also available at real. They’re great too.
