Congratulations. Approval depends entirely on CP; sometimes it’s quick, other times it takes half a day.

It can sometimes take a few hours for it to go live, depending on how busy the team is. Please be patient a little longer. :-)

In the meantime, you can go ahead and add your legal notice and terms and conditions.

That’s definitely not the reason—as a small business owner, I don’t have one either.

Did you maybe make a mistake while uploading it? In any case, you can write to support and ask!

Sure, every German citizen has a tax number, but not a VAT ID number. And only those who run a business and fall outside the small business scheme need one. 
Small business owners can apply for a VAT ID, but in my opinion they should consider whether they actually need it. 
Because once you have a VAT ID, the tax office will also want additional forms. But I can’t give any more details right now. That’s actually the reason why I no longer do my taxes myself.
