...from me here at the hospital. I was admitted last night at 3 a.m. by ambulance with suspected heart attack. Thankfully, it wasn’t a heart attack, but something isn’t quite right with my heart. I’m doing fine right now.

Love, Inge

Dear Inge, I, too, hope you’ll be able to go home very soon. Until then, make sure you’re well taken care of and give yourself this break. It seems your body needs it.

It’s a good thing the suspicion wasn’t confirmed.

Warmest regards from Monika

Girls, I’m back home. Thank God it wasn’t life-threatening—but I was literally up to my neck in fluid, which was putting pressure on my heart. It was caused by my last COVID vaccine; I asked the cardiologist, and he said he’s seen and heard about this kind of thing many times before. So, all clear, and I’m really relieved it wasn’t a heart attack like they first thought.

Best wishes, Inge

Glad to hear you’re back home and checking in.
What a relief that it wasn’t a heart attack!
Now you can rest up.

(The things you can get from a vaccine... Really stupid when it hits you.)

Best regards
Karola

I’m so glad you’re back home. Let them pamper you. And take some time to recover from that “scare”...

Dear Inge, that’s good news. I hope the doctors will continue to monitor your heart and check it regularly. We certainly don’t want something like that to happen again.

Take good care of yourself after that scare and enjoy being back home. I’m sure your husband is also relieved and will be spoiling you extra.

Best wishes, Ina
