Today I’d like to show you a few special
animals from my shop that also work really well as decorations.

First there is
Percy, the proud peacock. He is crocheted from royal blue cotton yarn. Colorful eyelash yarn is also worked into his tail, creating a wonderful feather effect. His little crown is made from bright blue pipe cleaners. Percy is about 30 cm long and 20 cm tall.

The little
robin is a bit more modest. It measures 11 cm from head to tail. You can crochet the robin very nicely from leftover cotton yarn in orange, camel, and brown. If you want to crochet a little sparrow or a blackbird, you can use the same pattern and crochet the little bird in solid brown or black.
Seahorse Hippy is larger than life so it won’t be overlooked. It measures 24 cm with the recommended yarn. It looks especially lovely when you crochet it with a soft color gradient. I used a thin sock yarn with a glitter thread here. This makes the seahorse’s body shimmer especially beautifully in sunlight or under a lamp.
