Describe the stitch pattern

The attached stitch pattern is from a magazine that is no longer available, even through the publisher. It was used for a shrug. Can anyone describe the stitch pattern for me?

Basically, this is a zigzag pattern made with double crochet stitches. The “holes” are created by skipped stitches, varied with chain stitches and double crochet stitches and, as it looks, in the middle pattern row each time by using 1 single crochet between the chain stitches.

I was looking for an old needlework magazine that’s about 30 years old. After searching on Google, I ended up on eBay and found what I was looking for there. It’s worth a try. If you have the name of the magazine and the publication date, why not give it a shot?
