Picnic Blanket

It’s not quite finished yet, but I couldn’t wait any longer to show it to you.
There are still a few rows left to crochet.

This blanket features waves (the ocean), muffins, strawberries, a sunset, a sandy beach (brown stripes), a checkered tablecloth (center section), and much more.
What do you think of it?

The border is beautiful—that’s what caught my eye first.

Nice and colorful—perfect for a picnic.

How big will it be? It’s hard to imagine the size from the picture.

Squares and rows—exciting and varied.

There are still a few pattern rows left to crochet, but right now it’s the size of a baby blanket. Crocheted with size 3.0 needles.
