I'm usually pretty quick on the uptake and have some experience, but these two patterns are driving me to despair. I've already contacted both sellers but haven't received a reply.

In my opinion, this isn’t the right place to discuss individual patterns. That wouldn’t be fair to the author. There may well be valid reasons for delayed responses.
Please try contacting the seller again. If you still don’t receive a reply, please contact CP Support.
