Dear users, dear authors,

Nothing works without owls. “Owls make the world go round” or something like that. ;- )
Even if you’ve already worked through several—or even many—owl patterns, that doesn’t matter—or rather, it doesn’t help at all. You need more, you need the latest owls from the shop, you need more owls. Otherwise, you’ll miss the owl trend, and that’s just not an option.

Stock up on your yarn supplies or gather up your leftover yarn—we’ve got plenty of owl patterns here that use up leftover yarn.
-->-->-->-->--->-->
Click through the most beautiful owl patterns here in this thread.
-->-->-->-->--->-->
Use the search function at the very top of the page to always find the latest owls.
https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/search?keyword=eule
and then use the little sorting feature to discover the newest owls and make them right away
that way, you’ll always be up to date with the owls, always have the latest ones, and get lots of compliments.
The image will enlarge when you click on it or open it in a new tab.

@Authors
Showcase your new owls here.
Please include an image, a link, and text for each one.
All important information must be included: materials, difficulty level, technique, and what makes your owl special.
If there are owls that can be purchased affordably, that even beginners can recreate, and that are great for using up leftover yarn, be sure to mention that as well.
Good luck!

Eliot the owl sits nicely in the tree and watches what’s going on in the forest. Wouldn’t you like to have this cute
owl too? A great eye-catcher in your home or a wonderful gift for all owl fans.

Size:
With the specified hook size (2.5), Eliot is between 13 cm and 15 cm tall. With a larger hook size or
yarn weight, he will of course turn out correspondingly larger.

Stitches used:
You only need to be familiar with chain stitches, single crochet stitches, slip stitches, and a magic ring.

With the specified stitch knowledge, definitely suitable for beginners.

Material:
-
Crochet hook size 2.5
- approx. 60 g yarn (depending on yardage and weight). E.g. Catania by Schachenmayr-
- sewing needle
- scissors
- safety eyes/buttons or similar
- stuffing

Who hasn’t experienced this? Whenever you need a shopping cart token, it’s not there or you can’t find it. You don’t have a euro
on hand, or the token has disappeared into your bag. With this little
owl, that’s no longer a problem. It’s a decorative little
bag charm that is also a small pouch. You can
store either a euro or a token in this owl. The
size of the owl is designed so that no button is needed.
The tiniest bits of leftover yarn are perfect for this. This owl is quick
to crochet and is also ideal as a gift tag.

Of course, you can also crochet the owl as a mini amigurumi or as an appliqué.

All you need are a few scraps of cotton yarn, a 2.0 mm crochet hook, small beads for the eyes or black yarn, and optionally a key ring.

Here is the pattern

Difficulty level: advanced beginner crocheters; basic crochet skills are required

Stitches/techniques used: magic ring, chain stitch, single crochet, slip stitch, double crochet, increasing/decreasing stitches, color changes

Materials used:
Crochet hook size 3.5
Cotton yarn in various colors - approx. 125 m/50 g (or any other weight)
2 black 6 mm beads for the eyes
Stuffing

You can crochet many enchanting things with the 3D Owl Granny. From a baby blanket to a handbag to a decorative pillow.
The owl is crocheted directly into the granny to save yourself a lot of extra sewing. Depending on the size of the project and the variety of colors, leftover yarn can also be used up very well.

Here’s a completely different take:

The Heavy Metal Owl

Pogo dancing, moshing, stage diving, and sometimes even a "Wall of Death" are certainly no problem for her. And on really tough days, she even puts little kids to bed. The Heavy Metal Owl - damn tough! ;-)
