2.30m cozy scarf...

...is finally finished! The scarf is my Christmas present to myself, and I actually managed to finish it before Christmas after all—I’d pretty much given up hope :-) It’s about 65 cm wide, so it’s really nice and big to snuggle up in when it’s freezing outside :-)

These are two different types of yarn: one is copper-colored and the other is a rich cherry red. I knitted them together—once as a mottled yarn and once with the copper as a solid color—which created this great color effect in the scarf. I got the copper-colored yarn from a friend, and I bought the red yarn to go with it. Unfortunately, I don’t have the label for the copper-colored one anymore; the red one is “Mia” by Kik, a 500-gram skein.
