Baby Elves as Santa’s Helpers?

Dear users, dear authors,
elves and gnomes as helpers of Santa Claus have been around for quite some time, but cute baby elves are rather new, aren’t they?

I’m more familiar with the “teenagers,” but the next generation has to come from somewhere, right? :)

So if elves and gnomes aren’t having babies, does that mean Santa has to do everything on his own—or will Christmas just be canceled? Oh my goodness.

Well, it’ll probably be a few more years before the baby elves can help Santa. For now, they’re more busy with their bottles—and they’re even eating all the Christmas cookies themselves 😉

Good morning!
I worked in a daycare center with 1- to 3-year-olds for over 15 years. Right now, I’m taking a break from my career so I can spend more time with my family. I think I really miss the little ones, though, which is why the theme of “babies and toddlers” has been a constant in my amigurumi world—and that’s how little Eliah came to be :) 

...and just in case all the elves (whether baby or grown-up) ever can’t make it, I designed Manni, who’s happy to lend Santa a hand :D 



Oh, little, sweet Eliah doesn’t have to help just yet. He just has to look cute and make sure everyone has a wonderful Christmas ♥

I think elves and little helpers are very important during the Christmas season. To make sure everyone is well dressed, I’m currently sewing clothes for these little guys. The first sweater is already hanging there, ready to be picked up.
