...from KonfettiPatterns. I loved the pattern right away, and today I sewed it for myself. My oldest daughter gave me the fabric as a birthday present. :-)

It’s a lightweight, slightly brushed jersey from Buttinette—I saw it and thought it would be perfect for this sweater. Even though it’s lightweight, the jersey is warm, and the best part is that I don’t sweat at all when I wear it.

The fabric is raised using special combs; the fabric runs through a machine where it’s essentially combed on the wrong side, which raises the fibers.
