I sewed this reversible octopus yesterday and embroidered the faces today. The sewing pattern is available from Pattydoo.
I’ll be making a few more of these.

How nice—now she doesn’t have to look grumpy anymore! :-)
I could’ve used one of those at work back in the day; then everyone would’ve known right away how I was feeling! Ha, that would’ve been handy!
