Patchwork Pants Pattern

Good morning
I bought the patchwork pants sewing pattern yesterday, downloaded it and printed it out. Now I wanted to look at the instructions, but I can’t find them anywhere. And according to my profile, I haven’t bought anything. I should add that I was able to print out the sewing pattern without having received a confirmation link. I only got it this morning. What should I do now?

If you purchased the pattern, it’s also saved in your account.
Go to your Downloads and set the filter to “All.”
  Then you should be able to see the pattern.

Or do you perhaps have a second account and purchased the pattern through that one?

Take a look at the address details in your email with the download link. The email address is always the one you used to purchase the file, and you’ll need to log in with that same email address.

So I tried both usernames (but it’s the same customer number)—unfortunately, I couldn’t find any downloads. But I do have a confirmation email showing that I paid. 🤔

Was the filter set to “All”? Sometimes it’s only set to “Free”, and then you can’t see the purchased patterns.

It’s best to contact support at support@crazypatterns.net and forward the email with the link directly to them.
