Help with translating an English pattern

Hello, fellow craft lovers!
My grandson wants a Pokémon—specifically, Blastoise. I didn’t even know such a thing existed. Now my grandson has sent me a pattern, but it’s in English. Unfortunately, I’m a bit older and not very fluent in English. Google isn’t much help either, since it can’t make sense of the abbreviations in the pattern.
Is there anyone who can translate this pattern for me? By the way, it was purchased—not “stolen” from anywhere. Thank you very much in advance.

It might be a bit difficult to get translation help for that.
With Pokemon and the like, there is always the question of licensing. Since we can’t determine from here whether the pattern you bought actually has a license from the Pokemon manufacturer or not, I would strongly ask you not to post the pattern, the link to the pattern, parts of the pattern, etc. here in the forum.

How about asking the author of the pattern you bought for help? An explanation of the abbreviations used in the pattern should either be included in the pattern or available from the author. That would then help you with Google.

Of course, you’re very welcome to join in here in the forum if you’d like. It’s just a bit tricky with Pokemon.

Try Googling “English crochet terms.” There are also tables with the abbreviations. Maybe that’ll help you out.

I actually get along pretty well with the charts for English crochet terms. I’m always a little hesitant about English patterns, but if I really like something, I give it a try. I write down the most important terms—sometimes I have to Google a word or two for English-German translations. But if you have some crochet experience, you can figure it out; it’s just a bit more work.
