House Socks

I knitted a pair of house socks from leftover yarn and applied some anti-slip gel to the soles, so they can't slip when they're wearing the socks

Yes, Josefa, that's fringe yarn; I still have some leftovers lying around that I want to use up one way or another, depending.

Inge, you’ll really enjoy these this winter. Warm socks are a treat on cold winter evenings. 

Petra, these aren’t for me—they’re actually for our children’s food bank. But my grandson (11) is staying with me next week, and I suspect that once he sees them, they’ll be gone. No big deal—I’ll just knit some more :-)
Unfortunately, I can’t really do anything with something like that myself—even at home, I need sturdy shoes with laces and insoles, otherwise I’m constantly falling over. I usually wear a pair of sneakers.
