I’m starting with a whole lot of projects that I’ve already begun and that are close to being finished.

Weaving in the ends on the baby blanket
Pink turtleneck - still needs to be bound off and the ends woven in
Turquoise turtleneck - the turtleneck still needs to be knitted
Sewing my gnome together

Before these 4 UFOs are finished, I won’t start anything new. 

I started by finishing the doubleface wrist warmers, which are now complete. And now I’m working on a new sweater for the baby doll.

I’m starting a new project tomorrow.... A blanket with soooo many braids... If I knit everything “right,” the braids will form a tree. I already have the yarn for it—or rather, I still have some left over. Luckily, the color and yardage match....
Tonight I finished knitting a hat. It’s not pretty, but that’s rare 😂🙈—and it’s warm.... The purple really pops.... Well, at least people will see me when I take the dog for a walk

Your wrist warmers look great—the pattern is so pretty.

That hat looks great. I like it. The pattern looks really interesting. 

....the purple is a bit too bright for my taste. But I’m wearing them anyway 🙈
It’s so windy and cold here today.
The pattern is knitted in rows, using only one color per row. And then slipped stitches.... So, 4 rows in reverse stockinette, then knit 9 or 13 stitches, slip three stitches, and repeat.... You knit 10 rounds like that, then 4 more rows in reverse stockinette, and so on.... Shift the pattern, of course....

Slip stitches—thanks. I’ve done that before, too. But not as nicely as in your pattern. 

I’m in the process of finishing my gnome Emil.
He’ll be wearing pants and a hat.
Let’s see if I can whip up a home for him.

I’ve got a lot going on at once again: For one thing, I’m test-knitting some socks; I’m also working on a dishcloth (a birthday gift); and the bear’s head is still missing from the comfort blanket. So it certainly won’t be boring!
