Carnival alternatives 2021: alternatives for children's carnival parties

Carnival probably isn’t a good idea this year. Are there any feasible alternatives, for example, for children’s carnival parties?

It’s not a good idea this year. Since the numbers will certainly still be high at that time, and we’re still not allowed to have contact with others.

For kids, the only thing I can think of is a small family Carnival party. I don’t think the restrictions will be much more relaxed even in February. But a little face painting and dressing up should be okay. Let’s see what ideas our grandson has and whether Carnival is even a thing for him. 

How did it go?

Our grandson was allowed to attend his online class in costume on the last day before the holidays. He loved it and didn’t take off his costume all day. 

But that was it for Carnival.
