Sewing Coasters

I have a great tip for you all—I’m sure you all have an ironing board and replace the cover from time to time. Don’t throw the *old one away—you can sew great heat-resistant coasters out of it, some round, some square. I made round ones, in large and small sizes. I used a pot lid as my template.

That’s a great idea. There are often times when you just want to quickly move a pot out of the way.
