I’ve also written a little poem for you

We all love wonderful things,
that truly bring us joy,

we don’t want to grumble,
there’s so much to knit and crochet.

Whether shawls, sweaters, or scarves,
we’re always spoiled for choice.

The selection of patterns is so large,
you only think: which one should I choose?

Once the choice has been made,
there’s still one thing to hope for,

Is there enough yarn? Is there enough?
YES

We always make the best of it—
folks, get out the yarn!

I’m standing in front of my closet
right now, and my nerves are already on edge.

Inside lies yarn, sorted in stacks—
how on earth did this happen to me?

Determined, I open the door wide—
it’s really time to get started.

I’m so happy at the sight of it,
and I’m reluctant to part with any of it.

On a whim, I pull out some blue yarn—
it’ll definitely make a nice sweater.

Well, I’m out of ideas now,
but I’m really enjoying today’s sunshine.

 It’s NOT an exaggeration
to say how much we love

yarn. We’re happy to spend all our money
on the most wonderful hobby in the world.
