Labels for handmade items—how do you handle that?

Dear users, dear authors,
do your handmade items have labels? Just clothing, or all your creations? What kind of labels do you use?

When I knit or crochet something for other people, I always include the yarn label. It has everything on it: the yarn’s composition and the washing instructions. When I give something as a personal gift, I attach a die-cut heart. It has a personal message from me on it, and sometimes I also include the 30-degree washing instruction. Given the quantities I produce, that’s sufficient for me.
