The baby set "Ben", consisting of a cardigan with a matching hat, is an ideal gift to welcome a new little one into the world. Made from a material that feels pleasant on the skin, the little treasure is well equipped.

The pattern is also suitable for beginners, as it contains only two different patterns. These are explained with a knitting chart. However, basic knitting skills (knit stitches, purl stitches, increases, decreases) are required.

To make the set, you will need the following materials:
200 g merino yarn (or alternatively cotton yarn),
5 buttons (matching the yarn color), knitting needles size 3,
double-pointed needles size 3
scissors
sewing needle for weaving in ends

A small, soft hooded jacket featuring a beagle.
You won’t find unique handmade items like this in any store.

170(200)(250) g Happy Kiddy by gründl
20(30)(40) g white yarn

This newborn baby jacket with a hood and lace pattern is somewhat reminiscent of traditional folk costume style. It is made from thick cotton, but can also be knitted from merino wool. It will definitely fit up to the age of 3 months, and certainly longer for small, delicate babies.

A very pretty project for experienced knitters, also great as a gift for a new baby.

This baby jacket is knitted in a pretty knit-and-purl pattern that can even be used on both sides. There’s also a matching hat.

The jacket is knitted from 6-ply sock yarn and is cozy and warm. It fits babies from about 3 to 12 months.
