Wooly Wednesday: Who has the biggest yarn stash in August? Who’s made the most progress?

Dear users, dear authors,
who among you currently has the largest stash of yarn?
Who has really made a dent in it?
Photos would be great.

This is a large part of my yarn stash: 10 boxes, all single skeins and leftovers (except for the blue mohair yarn in the top right corner). I also have a shoebox full of mini skeins (about 5 g each) and a cloth bag with about 2 kg of Catania Fine cotton yarn. Now you know why there are so many leftover-yarn patterns in my shop. Unfortunately, I keep buying single skeins whenever I have a suitable idea. That’s why this mountain of yarn will probably never get used up...

I like single skeins too, Ruth. I love beautiful colors, and something always comes to mind when I see them... eventually.

I don’t even dare to take pictures of it all—it makes me feel a bit queasy... Because there’s really a lot to work through. Even though I haven’t bought anything since last November, it feels like my stash is only melting away slowly.
