Every play grocery store needs fruit - it’s healthy, after all :)

With leftover yarn in bright, colorful shades, you can quickly crochet these little pieces and make children happy. Whether as a birthday gift, for Christmas, or just because... the little ones can play with them for a long time and imitate what the grown-ups do.

In total, I have 10 types of fruit in one set - included are two sizes each of apples, pears, and strawberries. Also, both cut-open and whole fruit versions of orange, watermelon, lemon, lime, and kiwi. In one standard size, there are also mandarin and cherries.

   Here’s the pattern

Individual patterns (orange and mandarin, watermelon, pear and kiwi) are also available separately in my Shop - feel free to stop by :) You’ll also find more detailed material information there.

If you want to prepare breakfast in the children’s play kitchen, this set lets you boil whole eggs, fry a sunny-side-up egg , or eat breakfast eggs from an egg cup. The shell of the half eggs is even removable to make it all more realistic.

   Here’s the pattern

All patterns are suitable for ambitious beginners; they are mainly crocheted with single crochet stitches, with half double crochet and double crochet used for the leaves as well. You should know how to start with a magic ring - color changes are explained in the pattern. If you have any questions, you can contact me anytime.

And now - have fun crocheting!

You can crochet a funny version of hot dogs here:

My grandchildren laugh themselves silly when I order hot dogs at their play store—and they even “woof woof”! You can easily crochet these “hot dogs” in buns using leftover yarn in rust brown, light brown, beige, and curry.
The pattern is available here!

You can crochet these food items for the play kitchen. After all, little children love to feed their favorites the same treats they enjoy themselves.

Here they’ll find toast, a fried egg, butter, vegetables, and pasta.

Everything is easy to crochet and can be easily recreated even by beginners with basic skills.

A play shop also needs a shopping bag, preferably complete with contents. The carrots and lemons are included in the pattern.

Easy to crochet if you've crocheted before.

How about a cute, little, and truly delicious cupcake with a whipped-cream topping and an orange slice?
Suki is not only especially delicious to look at, you can also cuddle her or simply love her.

She is a great gift for a birthday, Christmas, or as a small little present. So go ahead and crochet this sweet temptation for yourself.
Also suitable for beginners

For everyone who would first like to try individual projects, I have four individual types of fruit for the play grocery store and the children's play kitchen on offer.

There is Pear (in two different sizes),
Orange and Mandarin
Kiwi and Watermelon available.

If you would rather save even more, you can get a total of 10 different types of fruit in a value pack (see above).

All pieces were crocheted with a cotton yarn with a yardage of 125m/50g and a size 3 crochet hook. The patterns are suitable for ambitious beginners, and I am happy to help if you have any questions.

Have fun crocheting and playing!
