Monday Thread: How are you all doing with spring just around the corner?

I’m okay :-) The weather was pretty lousy today, so I was only outside for a short time. But I’m already looking forward to a few days of vacation. The start of spring is celebrated in Vienna.

The April weather has finally let up here. It’s still cold, but the sun is out. After three weeks, my cold is finally almost gone, and I hope my energy and enthusiasm will return.

Over the weekend, we took a nice walk in the woods. The frogs were by the pond, basking in the sun.



Spring-blooming plants need to be planted, and the turtle enclosure needs to be fixed—that’s what I’ve set out to do this week.

This weekend, the whole family (son, daughter, grandchild) is going on a short trip. I’m really looking forward to it.

Crafts: I’m back to embroidering at the moment; I finished my first Easter picture yesterday. Otherwise, I’m struggling with my second sock so I can finish it.
