My best idea for using up leftover yarn in a meaningful way: pretty colorful crocheted Easter eggs. Ideal for an Easter bouquet, Easter basket, or as a small gift to hide.
All steps are explained clearly with pictures, so even advanced beginners can succeed quickly.

Just click on the image and you’ll get to the pattern.
Have fun making them!

You only need approx. 125 g of cotton yarn for the boho-style scarf. The scarf is crocheted lengthwise and the color is changed after every row. You can also change colors within a row here, so you can really use up all your leftovers.

These scrap eaters not only spread good cheer everywhere, they’re also crocheted from leftovers in no time, as if by magic. They are supported by an empty toilet paper roll.

The scrap eaters can be used in many different ways, for example for children’s birthday parties, as gift packaging, or as containers for all sorts of things. You’re sure to come up with lots of variations.

Very suitable for beginners with basic knowledge.

Doll and teddy bear clothes are great to knit from leftover yarn, like these sweaters with the sleeping bag. Children like things colorful, so here you can give your imagination free rein.

The clothing was designed to fit my baby sleeping teddy exactly, but it also fits other teddy bears and dolls about 35-40 cm tall.

Knitting experience is required.

Colorful leftover felting wool = beautiful warm felted slippers

Anyone who felts now and then knows this: small amounts are left over from all kinds of colors and color sections. What can you do with them?

I—and you too—can use them to make beautiful warm felted slippers. The leftovers are knitted stripe by stripe. Then the cuff is knitted on right away. Then the whole piece goes into the washing machine for felting. Now just pull it into shape and make it non-slip. To make them non-slip, either use standard Sock Stop or sew leather soles underneath. Everything is described in great detail in the pattern.

You can find more pictures, information, and the pattern by clicking here ... --> Felted shoes with homemade leather soles

I wish you lots of joy with this lovely project, too—yours, Ina

I used a lot of leftover cotton yarn to make this blanket.

You’ll crochet individual flowers, which are joined together during the final round.
The pattern is richly illustrated, so even beginners can make this great, colorful blanket with a little practice.

A tissue pouch or mobile phone case. Colorful and vibrant, made from leftover yarn.

You crochet individual granny squares, sew them together, and then crochet around the edges again. By adjusting the number of rows in the border, you can also vary the size of the case. You’ll find the pattern here

Super cute, quick to crochet, and uses minimal yarn ♥
Everyone can use a guardian angel, and that makes it an ideal little gift to bring along!

You only need about 10 g per color (cotton yarn with a yardage of 125 m / 50 g) +
a little black and red embroidery thread for the eyes and mouth.

The angels are just big enough for a small LED tealight to fit under their dress ♥

Who’s already thinking about Christmas now? That’s right, the bargain hunter!

If you crochet these nativity figures, you can use up lots of colorful leftover yarn and save big right now, because the nativity figures are currently reduced by 20%.

If you want to crochet them all, you’ll need some time anyway, and before Christmas you usually don’t get around to it. Now you can take it easy throughout the year and crochet 1–2 figures every now and then. It’s varied, and by the end of the year you’ll have a beautiful nativity scene!

A crocheted flower/decorative wreath is a special eye-catcher in any home. A decorative piece for any door or entryway
suitable for every season, especially Easter.

Only a little yarn is needed to make one flower, so these can be crocheted from yarn scraps. Ideal use for leftovers!

The pictured wreaths (without decorative ribbon) are approximately 20 cm x 17.5 cm in size.

Small children's socks can be wonderfully knitted from leftover yarn. With the quick heel, even sock beginners can do it in no time. The amount used per pair with leftover yarn, e.g. 4-ply sock yarn with a base length of 420 m/100 g, is:
Approx. information, per pair
Size 22-23 = 22-26 g
Size 24-25 = 26-30 g
Size 26-27 = 30-34 g
Size 28-29 = 34-38 g
Size 30-32 = 42-46 g
Size 32.33 = 46-50 g
The pattern (with help video) describes in detail how to knit these cute socks. The pattern includes written instructions (round by round), photo tutorials, a knitting chart, and a video. The cast-on, heel, and toe are explained. A very precise size chart shows all increases and decreases at a glance.

Crochet Pattern for a Balloon Cover

The individual granny squares are quick to crochet and are then sewn together. The more yarn scraps you use, the more colorful the balloon will be. A hidden opening is crocheted to allow for changing the balloon.

The balloon is well protected, whether indoors or outdoors in the garden, and the cover dries quickly after washing and is always ready to use again.
