Crocheting Crocodile Nostrils—Help Needed

Hi everyone,
I’m new to this forum and still pretty much a beginner at crocheting, and I have a question right off the bat about a pattern:
I recently bought a magazine with amigurumi patterns, and I’ve chosen a crocodile as my next project. I’ve skimmed through the pattern, but I’m just having trouble with the nostrils. I’ve already asked my mom for help, but she didn’t understand it either.
According to the pattern, the nostrils consist of only 5 rounds. Since I’m still new, I don’t want to break any rules here right away, so I wanted to ask first if I can post a link to a photo of the nostrils here and include the pattern for the nostrils in this thread?
