Which needle for what?

what types of needles do you know? Which ones are good for what?

Hi Karo,

I have crochet hooks and knitting needles made of aluminum and bamboo.

I use the aluminum crochet hooks when I’m crocheting relatively tightly, or for small, more delicate projects (for those, I also prefer a hook with a handle because they feel more stable to me).
I use bamboo or aluminum for coarser, looser projects.
