Weekend Plans: Christmas Countdown?

Dear users, dear authors,
what are your plans for the weekend?
Tell me all about it. :-)

Tonight we’re going to the movies to see the new Star Wars film.
We gave that (along with the Death Star cake I made last week :)) to my father-in-law for his birthday.
I’m looking forward to it :)

On Saturday, we’ll probably head to a Christmas market—either in Konstanz, Stuttgart, or Strasbourg.
On Sunday, I still have to finish crocheting a little something that my sister wants to give to someone on Monday.

And yeah… I think the panic will start to set in on Sunday evening because I still don’t know who’s getting what for Christmas ;) 

I ordered some window chalk.
I’m going to use it to draw a Christmas tree on my balcony door.
There’s no room for a real one in the apartment yet.

Other than that, I’ll be crocheting and taking care of whatever else needs to be done.

Hi,

I’m going shopping first thing tomorrow morning, then my eldest is going to a birthday party tomorrow
, and tomorrow evening some very dear
friends are coming over for raclette.
On Sunday, I HAVE to do laundry, and my brother-in-law is coming
to visit with the kids.

Then I’ll pack my ski gear in my suitcase.

And of course, I’ll be crocheting too—I still have a lot to finish
before Christmas.

This is the final stretch before the move.  Wednesday is the day. Things are pretty uncomfortable here right now; boxes are everywhere and it’s chaos.  
Tonight I’m putting together the children’s bed with a friend. Tomorrow I’ll keep cleaning the house, on Sunday my husband is picking up a cabinet and a wine fridge from his mother, and in between we’ll be packing boxes. 
Luckily, we’ll be at my parents’ on Christmas Eve.  Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree are out this year.
