Question

Hello. I’m new here. I’d love to crochet this star:

I’d also be happy to pay the €0.80 for the pattern. But that’s not possible. I’d have to pay €10, and I’m not willing to do that. I think that’s a shame. Is there any way I could get the pattern?

Hi Andrea,

It’s possible to deposit a smaller amount into your store credit account via a standard bank transfer as well (including 0.80 euros).

Although it says the minimum amount is 10 euros, I’ll make sure it is processed correctly.

Hi, what happens next? What do I need to do to get the pattern?

Hi Andrea,

now click on the pattern you’d like to have.
On the right, there’s a blue button that says “Buy starting at … €.”

Click on that, and another window will open. On the left,
you’ll see a blue button that says “Buy now” using your store credit account.
Click on that, and you’ll have purchased the pattern.

Then all you have to do is open the file under “Account Downloads” and you can print out the pattern.

I tried that. I transferred €0.80 to my store credit account yesterday. But when I try to buy a pattern now, it says I have no store credit available.

Dear Andrea,

please be a little more patient :-)
It always takes a little while until the money reaches the Crazypatterns account (from one bank to another takes a bit), and then it also has to be credited to your user account accordingly. 

If you still don't have any store credit in 2-3 days, you can contact Support again :)
