Yes, I’m doing great, because I’ve just treated myself to two gorgeous balls of yarn—completely on a whim.
I’ll have to be careful not to take a bite out of them when they arrive, because they look like hot cherries in a sea of whipped cream :-))

Since we’re still on fall break in North Rhine-Westphalia, I’m only working in short bursts. The weather is really nice right now, so we’d much rather be outside (with the child) ;-)

Since we’re neither religious nor big Halloween fans, we went to see the great “Recklinghausen leuchtet” event over the holidays—it was beautifully staged!

I’m… so-so…

Today—after weeks—my internet, TV, and phone service was supposed to be installed…

So I took the day off, sat on the couch this morning completely relaxed, watched Star Wars, and crocheted on the side—the perfect day!

Then, at 9:30, I got a short, impersonal text… the appointment is postponed; they’ll be in touch… 
Ever since then, my mood has been in the gutter…

I’ve been trying to reach someone since 9:30… I finally managed it at 1:00…
They wanted to give me a new appointment in 4 weeks!! I was able to move it up to November 20…
It’s enough to make you cry…

I haven’t felt like crocheting at all since then :(

I’m doing well, thanks for asking. I realized today that, thanks to the new beta blockers, I haven’t had a migraine in three weeks. I hope it stays that way, and for now I’m just happy to have been pain-free for three weeks... :-)

I just broke in my new Nordic walking poles.

Project-wise, I’m working on the color thing.
All I’ll say is: 3 strands and 300 grams.

I'm doing really well. The weather is very nice.
I got through the holidays just fine; my daughter had a friend over on
Halloween who stayed overnight with us, and
we had raclette together with very dear friends
on Halloween.

I finished my little daughter's triangular shawl yesterday evening
and started my older daughter's shawl during my lunch break.

Tonight, though, I need to keep working on a commission, since it has to be
finished by Sunday evening.

Other than the yarn cakes for our shawls, I didn't buy any new yarn.

Wow, you’re all really busy. :-)

Well, of course… No pain, no gain. ;-) 

I’m doing well. I secretly ordered some yarn, and it arrived today. I put it right next to my old yarn and threw away the box. :-) I promised my husband I wouldn’t order any more yarn until we move. Well, what he doesn’t know… :-)
We’re moving in mid-December, so I still needed some yarn.

I’m so glad I don’t have to move anymore—what would I do with all that yarn!

The biggest problem: how do I store all this yarn and fabric so my husband only sees half of it? :-)

Maybe you could sneak it over while your husband is at work? Or get some friends to help? Stash it at the very bottom of the moving boxes and insist on unpacking them yourself?
