Dear users, dear authors,
Who’s up for the challenge?
The full-body suit might not be suitable for the mass market, but your days of freezing are over.
Have fun :- )

Mod tip: If this project is too big for you, you’re sure to find something more suitable among the bestsellers or new releases.

What are you working on right now?

Wouldn’t that suit fall under the ban on face coverings? But something along those lines would definitely be for me. I’m a real freeze-baby! Well, to keep myself warm in winter, I crochet or knit.
I just started the Peacock Shawl by Petra Perle. Plus, I have lots of ideas buzzing around in my head. I just don’t know what to start with. I’ll probably end up doing way too much in parallel again.

Hello and good morning!

I received three orders last weekend (two ponchos and one dragon).

Plus, my daughters are asking for all sorts of things.

Christmas is just around the corner.

Right now, I’m crocheting a big witch for Halloween.

Guys, give me some TIME.

Best regards, Heike

I have so many ideas swirling around in my head that I don’t know where to start. But I’ve been wanting to make a new shawl for my mom for quite a while—I think I’ll start on that as soon as my fall projects are finished.

As for a full-body suit—only if it doesn’t itch or scratch. And most importantly for me, it has to be in two pieces. It would be a nightmare if it were freezing cold and you had to go to the bathroom and had to take the thing off from the top down. Then I’d be a little ice man.....

This suit would only be right for me if it were absolutely itch-free. ;-)))
I love working with wool, but I can’t stand having just any kind of wool against my skin. It’s been that way since I was a kid. Does anyone else remember those awful tights we always had to wear? Some of them were soooo itchy… I still get goosebumps just thinking about them.

I finished my new crochet vest yesterday. I’m wearing it for the first time today already. :-)

Then I have a knitted Möbius loop on my needles with a great stitch pattern. ;-) I’m knitting with Scheepjes Whirl for the first time, and this yarn knits up sooo well!

@ruthk: We don’t have a general ban on face coverings in Germany—even if many people think we do :)
It only applies under certain conditions (e.g., public events).
For a Sunday stroll, this chic piece can be worn anytime ;)

I’m currently working on my giant motif blanket—but unfortunately, I barely have time for it because we’re painting.

Hi everyone,
I’m putting the finishing touches on a scarf… yep, yet another one *laughs*

On our little vacation trip last week, I naturally stopped by the nearest yarn shop and bought some lovely *vacation yarn*. And I knitted away diligently on the dike.
Now it’s almost done—let’s see if I can turn it into a pattern. First, I need to see it finished and examine it closely.

Best regards, Caro

I’d never wear a suit like that—I tend to sweat a lot.

My dish sponges are finished (gallery); they’ll make little Christmas gifts.

Since it’s not as warm anymore, I’m currently working on a UFO. It’s going to be a blanket for kids—made of lots of colorful hexagons, perfect for using up leftovers.

Best wishes, Marion

Brrr! Just the thought of so much wool on my body makes me itch all over—and one-piece outfits are just as much of a no-go for me as they are for Pe-Ka! Dear Wollness Designs: As kids, we were forced to wear gray or beige, hand-knitted wool stockings, and even today I’m still very sensitive and picky when it comes to tights! Socks aren’t a problem, but with scarves, the wool definitely can’t be itchy...

I was probably like many of you :-)

ACTUALLY, I wanted to crochet something completely different, but then this gorgeous “Paint” yarn from Katia just caught my eye ;-) Such a beautiful skein—you just want to take a bite out of it or fiddle with it all the time ♥
So I just had to crochet with it… I like the loop so much that I’ll probably actually write a pattern for it.

Maybe as pajamas in Antarctica? I probably won’t be going there anytime soon :-)
I’m still slowly knitting my blanket. In the meantime, I’ve finished “The Ghost”, and to relax I’ve started a very simple shawl.

I’m currently trying out a new combination of crochet patterns. I already have an idea for a project to go with it.
I found some beautiful gradient yarn online, and I’m using it for this now—it’s so much fun!

It sure looks nice and warm.
Downside: It takes a while when you need to use the restroom.

I’m going to start on a knitted dragon scarf soon—though I’m still mulling over the pattern.

@Michaela,
a few Whirls have found their way to me too and are waiting for me.

Right now I’m in the Advent spirit....hopefully I’ll at least manage to keep one wreath. My youngest daughter has written a wish list again—it includes just about everything from a backpack to a cuddly toy—and as always, that’s the starting signal. Oh, and I’m supposed to knit a CAT SWEATER for a friend

A knitted full-body suit like that looks pretty funny. — You’re sure to be the center of attention at the Christmas market :-)!

I just started a new project—the dinosaurs by Wollholic-Claudia—as a gift for a child’s birthday. The patterns are fantastic; it’s really fun to make.
Next up are Christmas projects: crocheted table runners, a door wreath, little gift tags… all lovely things made from lots of beautiful yarn :-)
